Returns

Please always contact us before returning an item.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time within 4 working days after payment, if the order has not been shipped. In case you would like to return your order we ask you to do so in the original unopened/undamaged packaging to the below mentioned address. Take notice that the shipping costs for returns are for account of the buyer.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipment and Bolero Drinks Store can not be held liable for damages or lost. Always ask for a proof of shipment. We ask you to send along the original documents with the goods and an accompanying letter.

For items received in the correct matter the paid monies will be transferred to your account.

Contact us if you placed an order but have not yet paid and wish to cancel, be sure to mention your order number.
